Kathleen Finch

Charlotte Street ART Collaboration
Kathleen Finch is a North Carolina–based creative leader and community builder dedicated to fostering inclusive, artist-centered spaces. Her work focuses on relationship-building, cultural connection, and creating meaningful opportunities for artists through thoughtful programming and collaboration.
As part of the LadyLike leadership team, Kathleen supports regional development and partnerships in North Carolina, helping expand LadyLike’s mission through local engagement and strategic growth. She works closely with artists, venues, and partners to ensure events reflect both community values and professional excellence.
Kathleen’s leadership is rooted in care, consistency, and a deep respect for the creative process.
Kris Queen

Kris Queen is an artist development professional and music executive with a deep passion for supporting women in the creative industries. Through her work in artist advocacy, mentorship, and community leadership, she brings a strong foundation in both creative and business development.
Within LadyLike, Kris supports artist relations, development pathways, and community alignment. She plays a key role in shaping artist-facing experiences, ensuring performers feel respected, prepared, and supported throughout their involvement.
Kris is known for her grounded leadership style and commitment to helping artists grow sustainably while staying true to their creative voice.
Christin Alynn
Singer/Songwriter

Christin Alynn Pitcock is a singer-songwriter, creative strategist, and founder of LadyLike. With a career spanning music, community building, and creative leadership, she brings a vision rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and sustainable growth for women in the arts.
Christin created LadyLike from a desire to see women creatives supported beyond the stage—through consistent platforms, meaningful connection, and leadership opportunities that honor both artistry and humanity. As Creative Director, she oversees programming, brand vision, and long-term strategy, ensuring LadyLike grows with integrity and intention.
Her leadership reflects a commitment to building creative ecosystems where women are seen, supported, and empowered to rise together.
